⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a federal government contractor, we work with subcontractors all over the country, and I can confidently say that Greg Nielsen and the team at United HVAC are among the best we have worked with. Our company, U.S. Diversified Contracting Services, was awarded a boiler replacement project at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado. We partnered with United HVAC to perform the mechanical portion of the work, and Greg, Preston, and Tatum exceeded expectations from start to finish. Their professionalism, technical knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and commitment to doing things the right way were evident every day on site. This project involved much more than simply replacing a boiler. There were controls integration challenges, startup and commissioning requirements, hydronic balancing, pump operation verification, sensor installation, and extensive coordination with the Government’s engineer and representatives. Greg consistently provided practical solutions, clear communication, and expert guidance throughout the process. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of the project. Rather than taking shortcuts, they spent the time necessary to properly diagnose issues, verify system operation, and ensure the final product was functioning exactly as intended. Their workmanship was excellent, their documentation was thorough, and their communication with our team and the Government was outstanding. At project completion, the final walkthrough was conducted with Government representatives and the engineer, and the system performed exactly as required.
